For SDSU Faculty & Staff

Use of the Library & Information Access meeting rooms is limited to SDSU faculty and staff members who need a space for a single meeting.  Room requests are granted in the order they are received with the Library receiving first priority and campus requests receiving second priority.  In addition, users must agree to enforce the Library’s Room policies. Failure to do so may result in the denial of future requests. See the room descriptions below for additional details.

The library does not approve requests for regularly scheduled academic classes or for student organization meetings or events. Requests for weekly or monthly meetings from University departments and organizations will be considered on an individual basis.

Lectures and lecture series

All single lectures and lecture series must be open to the public and co-sponsored by a Librarian. All requests for single lectures or lecture series must be submitted first to the Librarian Subject Specialist liaison supporting the requestor’s area of expertise.
