What Your Gift Can Do

Enhance student success and let students know you care. As one of the most important learning laboratories on campus, the library is vital to the university's mission.

Support Student Success

  • Collection growth
  • Endowments for materials or other initiatives
  • Special collections, oral histories, digital projects
  • DVDs, recordings, other media
  • Library wish list

Endowments

Endowments are the lifeblood of academic libraries. There are many ways you can plan a gift that will keep on giving to SDSU.

Named endowments are a lasting tribute or memorial for loved ones. They can also be directed to help a particular area of the library. Smaller gifts can be made to an existing endowment (see our endowment legacies) - or, over several years, successive smaller gifts can be accumulated towards an endowment.

If you would like to discuss this possibility, please contact the library dean's office (691) 594-2447. Your generosity will have a lasting impact on the creative and research endeavors of the university.
