The Tutoring Center is a learning commons pilot project funded by Provost Nancy Marlin.  The Library is developing partnerships with SDSU student success programs and services.  The following services are currently available.

Drop-in Tutoring for Writing (Rhetoric & Writing Department)  Spring 2013 hours

The service is provided on a first-come-first-served basis.  During the 15 minute session tutors collaborate with tutees to identify strengths and weaknesses and suggest way to remedy them; clarify and elaborate upon terms or prompts that might be unclear; be an additional resource in acclimating to academic language.  Tutors will not edit, proofread, write or revise papers.
