How to Reserve a Study Room

Visit one of the following areas below and make a reservation for a future date/time.

24/7 Study Area - Library Addition, 2nd Floor

  • Rooms LA2282 - A, B and C are equipped with a Mac Mini attached to a LCD Monitor. A keyboard and mouse must be checked out at the 24/7 Study Area Help Desk
  • Rooms LA2282 - D, E, F and G have a Media:Scape that allows up to 6 laptops to be connected to a LCD Monitor
  • Reserve a room up to one week in advance in person at the 24/7 Study Area Help Desk with a RedID
  • All rooms are equipped with whiteboard, study table, and chairs. Wireless connectivity is available

Media Center - Library Addition, Basement

  • Rooms LA - B, D and F are available for groups of 3 or more, have TV + Mac Minis
  • Room LA 63 - Film studio with camera + recorder (1+ people); meeting room with projector + whiteboard (8-20 people), and dual-screen Media:Scape with 2 tvs + couch (6+ people)
  • Reserve up to one week in advance at the Media Center Desk with a RedID
  • Visit Media Center page

  • Rooms LL215 and LL216 are available for groups of 3-6 needing multimedia services
  • Reserve up to one week in advance at the Computing Hub Help Desk with a RedID
  • Rooms are available during Love Library hours
