New IT Services Help Desk

As you may have heard, campus IT has re-organized their user support into one consolidiated service point: the IT Services Help Desk.
This desk provides resources for students, faculty, and staff on topics such as my.SDSU, Canvas, and SDSUid. Check out their Knowledge Base to see if your question has already been asked and answered. You can also submit a support ticket via ServiceNow. Sign in with your SDSUid if you have one, or submit a guest ticket if not.
If you need troubleshooting beyond the Knowledge Base, you can contact them over Live Chat (on the ServiceNow platform), Zoom into their Virtual Help Desk, and by phone at 619-594-4357.
The IT Services Help Desk is located on the 2nd floor of Love Library, in the Student Computing Hub.
