Duplication Services
How to Copy On-Site
Patrons are welcome to take photos of approved material with NO FLASH or request duplications after their visit.
While in our reading room, visitors may make their own duplications using our self-service BookEye scanner. Patrons can save scans to a USB drive, or can email scans to themselves free of charge. All duplication requests must be carefully reviewed by Reading Room staff.
Restrictions may apply to collections due to confidentiality of certain records, donor agreements, copyright restrictions, or fragility of materials. (Note that permission to reproduce does not constitute permission to publish.) Some materials may not be available for duplication due to condition. We reserve the right to limit duplication.
