Update: The use of facial coverings is strongly encouraged everywhere in the University Library, but facial coverings are required in all library classrooms through October 7.
Research While Away (RWA) from SDSU
Remote access to library resources, such as article databases, is restricted to current SDSU students, faculty, and staff. Access to the Library's OneSearch tool is freely available, although logging in with your SDSUid and password allows you to save search results, see what items you have checked out, and request items through CSU+.
The library uses the EZproxy system to authenticate that users are affiliated with SDSU. When library resources are accessed from off-campus, the EZproxy server will automatically generate a webpage that asks users to log in with their SDSUid and password. Once that information is submitted, the user will be able to access the library resource.
If you do not see a login page when you click on a library resource from off-campus, then it is possible the URL does not contain the required EZproxy information. Correct URLs should contain the string "libproxy.sdsu.edu." Please contact the research desk for assistance.
