Pick Me Up Kits
Nov 24Pick Me Up Kits are one of the SDSU Library's resources for mental health information. Each kit contains four books and a resource guide for a specific mental health topic (anxiety, depression, self-care, substance misuse, and trauma). The kits can be checked out for four weeks by asking for them at the Info Desk.
